There are over 14 million shirts on Etsy, and in just the past seven weeks since I started my YouTube channel, an additional 290,000 shirt listings have been added. That’s more than 5,500 new listings each week, 785 every day...

With the popularity of print on demand, new listings are popping up daily. So how can you compete?!

In this video, I'll show you how I search for products, determine the best items to sell on Etsy, and find products with profitable margins to help grow my business.

Even though the shirt category is crowded, it doesn’t mean you can’t profit. There are over 60 POD categories on Printify. So, join me as I explore one of these categories and demonstrate how you can make money on Etsy.

I could smell that t shirt overload so I abandoned the idea! Thanks for your work and sharing. Very very helpful!

I know you probably get tired of saying it but these reminders to keep things simple are really useful, especially considering the great examples you provide. Sometimes you have to explore a topic from many angles to see all the sides so thank you for another amazing video! I watch these over and over again to keep focused on the prize and not all the shiny objects speeding by on the way. It's also great that you repeat that you have to keep zeroed in on things that you *genuinely* resonate with. I think that is a key ingredient in lasting success for any business, especially art. Data is great but if you don't actually care about it, the customer will pick up on it and your focus will falter and fade. In addition to Everbee and trendspotting on Google, Amazon and Pinterest, do you have any suggestions for other ways to spot winners?

hello I create an account but the problem is that I don't have access to the forum, do you know why?

What I meant by my question is I wonder what results I could get if I create a GPT with the jungle scout API or Amazon and also wanted to know regarding make automation app Is there a site on which I could read use cases and finally I wanted to ask you if you are used to creating Chrome or WordPress extensions and again what are The results I could get with an API in it

Whenever I venture into other products, I find finding good mockups challenging.

Where would you find the images for the art? Creative Fabrica?

Hi George, I love your videos, thank you. I was looking into skinny tumblers, and the reviews on Printify and Printful aren't great. Are there any other POD companies you recommend?

Any company you recommend for just plain solid t-shirts?

Another great video. How many essential tools does one need as a beginner on Etsy? Does Everbee also do keyword research?

Hi George, thanks for the great insights! I'm currently selling stickers and I want to get into Kids clothes in a specific niche - do you see the same problems?

Those large images are great, most likely AI generated and probably with at least one dimension greater than 11, 000 pixels which is nice if you can figure out how to create and work with an image that size which is not pixelated--that's the challenge with large wall art images.

All this is well and good, but what about the artist selling original paintings?

I heard that etsy is now open to China, after a ban a couple years back, so that can probably account for an influx of products

If it is 290000 in 7 weeks, doesn't that equate to 290000 / 49 = approximately 5900 per day? Nitpicking that does not change your overall point that there are a flood of shirt listings coming in.

But you have success selling shirts, no?

🤣 you say not to sell shirts and then you proceed to look at wall art??? Come on now. Even if you wanted to poach that shop, 'tree canvas wall art' still has 100k+ results.

Analysing other shops feels pointless to me; you can't possibly know how those sales are coming in, fake shops are everywhere on etsy. The auto-search at 3:25 is probably someone's attempt to game the algorithm, humans are not shopping like that. Of any given search, we can never know how much of it is just researchers and/or rank gamers.
