Dumbbell bench press 17x40kg per hand (13,11 and 12 x40kg) PR sets 💪🏻✨

Biceps and triceps. Whole session. Just pumpin’ with small weights.

Squat session 100-160kg. First time with knee sleeves.

SBD speed day (squat 80kg bench 60kg DL 100kg)

Dumbbell bench press (legs up) 15x40kg per hand. (2x15 12 and 10). PR sets ✨💪🏻

Tricep session. PR sets.. 💪🏻✨

Paused military close grip bench press 5x115kg (2x3 115kg). Home gym PR. 💪🏻✨

Quick upper back session.

6x108kg (+ 2x5 108kg) Swiss bar bench press

Benching 9x130kg. BW 114,5kg. Not the best day but ok.

Quick bicep session. Ez-bar curls 2x15 30kg,2x15 35kg,2x15 47kg and 20x24kg dumbbel hammer curl.

Squat 10x100kg 10x120kg and 10x130kg. Slowly moving forward..

Paused military bench press 3x10 100kg. BW 113,2kg.

Smith deadlifts 3x167kg 2x1 187kg
