They have tenure and seniority. They have produced work that matters (there or with other companies). They are charismatic and good communicators and can make difficult topics seem easy. They are personable and can strike up (and maintain) a conversation with anyone and often let others lead the conversation. They have show initiative and aren't afraid to promote change and innovation etc rather than using the same old approach as before. They see the good in others (often before others see it in themselves) and have a reputation that took a long time to cultivate. They are fair and firm. Just my thoughts opinions and experience. However I am dissappointed with my experience of Power Moves Mastery, payment was done twice, there is no reply after multiple mails, not sure whom to contact and now I am unable to attend the live session as it throws error saying this meeting is not accesseable in India, please resolve this, I was so excited to join the live session. 😥
