The rub is, women going through meno, or peri, who are having low estrogen and hormones, doesn't matter what you do, gaining muscle and burning bad fat, is nearly impossible. Low mood, low fluctuating energy, makes it so difficult to even get motivated and connect mind- muscle to be effective. I believe hormone therapy is the first line of the puzzle to start with. What are your thoughts?
