" Today was a good day! Early in the morning, my faithful dog Buddy and I decided to go fishing. I took all the necessary fishing gear, put some food in my backpack, and we hit the road. The lake was a few miles from our old wooden house. The path to the lake ran along a narrow path through a dense pine forest. Buddy walked in front quite quickly, and I trailed behind him. He knew where we were going and wanted to get to the lake as soon as possible, since he loved this place very much. 1 hour later we arrived. This wonderful place opened up before us again. The water in the lake had a bluish tint, there was a dense pine forest around, the morning sun reflected on the azure surface of the water with iridescent shiny rays. It was beautiful, Buddy and I were as happy as children. There was no one else on the lake, just us and beautiful nature. I laid out the gear, sat down on the fishing chair, and threw the fishing rod into the water. Buddy, meanwhile, was chasing the birds, who showed interest in him and also wanted to play with him. Time flew quickly, I didn’t even notice how it was already about noon on the clock. By this time I had caught about 20 perch. The weather began to deteriorate a little, and the morning sun turned to overcast. Then there was a light rain, which gradually increased. I realized that we needed to go back home. Then I collected all my things, and we walked towards the house back along the same path. When we approached the house, there was already a heavy downpour, under which we were completely wet. When I entered the house, the first thing I did was light the fireplace to warm myself up and dry my things. Since we didn’t have time to have a snack at the lake, I cooked fish from today’s catch, and prepared a special meal for Buddy. After dinner, Buddy lay down by the fireplace and fell asleep. I took his example and also lay down on the bed to rest. It was raining outside the window, it made pleasant cool sounds, its drops slowly flowed down the window glass. The pleasant sound of rain combined with the distant sounds of thunder contributed to the fact that I fell asleep sweetly until the evening. I haven’t slept like this for a long time, it was one of my most pleasant and sweet dreams in a long time. "
