I am not having any issue on the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner on my s10+, it is fast and accurate.

*The S10+ is still the best* :

- headphone Jack
- better SOFTWARE (One UI)
- better display
- Super dynamic Oled HDR 10 +
- Super Steady
- Can record at 4k 60fps. The Huawei cannot and that's a shame.
- Videos are a lot better.
- Super slo mo too
- Front facing camera can record at 4k 30 fps where no other camera can.
- Punch hole (can disappear with a wallpaper) >>> notch
- Ultrasonic in display fingerprint scanner >>> optical
- Samsung's ecosystem
- Micro SD card
- Samsung Pay
- night mode coming up with an update
- Not Chinese = better quality when you see last years problems of Huawei phones..
- Samsung not accused of spying on you...

And a lot more.
*Basically the P30 pro only has a better zoom !*

You didn't mention the super steady mode while shooting videos which is excellent. Plus the s10plus's display is unmatched. My money is on the s10!

Huawei has an option to enable the app drawer! This has been the case for the past few years!

Your putting your finger wrong on the S10+.

Dont smash it in. A light touch (like when you first registered it) works fine.

Haven't had any issues with the fingerprint on my s10+. I did scan the same finger twice, so I believe that makes it more reliable.

You have a more polished software experience, a headphone jack, QHD screen, better audio quality and fantastic battery life on the S10. The P30 really only offers better low light additional zoom and great battery life too. Other than the camera hardware of the P30 pro the S10 is a more complete phone and in my opinion is the better option. But this is my opinion what do y'all think?

People don't care about the processor on the phone but the one very important is camera and battery on the phone..

It says it all that my feed is full of S10 stuff from cool wallpapers, hole punch lighting effects, and numerous other features yet the P30 is only about it’s zooming which by the way most people don’t use much anyway.
