What's the one piece of gear you'd HAVE to go back and get if you left it at home?

I had the same problem with the logitech 3s mouse (always left one at home) so I bought 3, now I have one in the office, one at home and one in my laptop bag for traveling .. problem solved.

No but for real though on the MX3. As mundane as a mouse can be the MX3 has become a necessity in my daily workflow. The ability to scroll incredibly fast, side scrolling, re-mapable buttons and battery for months that charges with UBS-C. Worth the $$ for sure!

I'm glad you mentioned a hub but that would be overkill for me. Care you recommend a hub for the M2 MBA that does not, that does not block the magsafe connector? I would prefer a simple hub with USB-A, USB-C and unsure about what else.

Just ordered the nuphy keyboard for my daughter. She love mechanical keyboards and her keychron k6 has been getting weird issues with her MacBook Air.

I'd really like to get my hands on a mechanical keyboard, but there are very few with ISO layout and even less that have Spanish layout. So far I only found the WASD V3. I love the Keychron low-profile ones, but so far they are ignoring the Spanish speaking community.

Re the Logitech mouse, do you need to install drivers?
Because that's the problem... being a driver orphan.
I've had a number of peripherals over the years that have been made useless by out-of-date drivers, mostly due to Apple's hardware and OS transitions.
Same for Windows: I have a Logitech keyboard that doesn't work properly because Logitech didn't update the drivers for Windows 10.
