Well...I have finished this new animatic.
I didn't notice an error in the rendering and there are some movements that are blurry... but unfortunately it's too late to fix it, even so I think it can be seen well?
Here I tried a couple of things that I had never done before so it's quite experimental...

I always thought "Million dreams" was Lilith and Lucifer's song. As Charlie said, they were both rebellious dreamers and had a desire to help humanity.
Also, I love the detail that Lucifer loses his desire to dream and becomes depressed, but when he sees Charlie, he regains his dreams.
She saved her father without knowing it

I can see it. Lucifer dark and angry. Being the ruler of hell we all know and fear from the bible. Only to retreat into his study where he tinkers away because he can't give up that love to create. Only for Lilith to come to him with a new dream. One that, all of a sudden, means more then anything else ever did. So instead of being angry all the time he changes once more. To the goofy dad, so his wonderful daughter will never fear him

I wrote a fanfic where Lucifer sings this song with baby Charlie.



Lucifer sighed, "We had to leave, sweetie. Another planet had been found and the Authority assembled there all the Angels that were scattered across the sector. I left for my new home and, after many travels, I settled down in the Authority's court on planet Earth. And, well, you know the rest..."

"I do?"

"Of course you do, silly! It's the story of how I met your mother."

"Wow!"

Charlie looked pensive though. "But... You had to leave your dream! What do you do then?"

"Well, that's the good part, I guess. You get to go find a new dream."

"You found a new dream?"

"Yes, sweetie. It was the very day I arrived on Earth. I remember it like it was yesterday. In that moment I saw our enterprise of settling this New World, our new home, as an opportunity! After many Aeons, this was our chance of reforming the very foundations of our civilization! Of making a new life for ourselves, a world what would no longer need the tyrannical rule of the Authority!

I dreamed of a new society, one built on unshakable foundations of Justice and Freedom...

...a Republic of Heaven."

Some other comments have said this already, but the idea that Lucifer was originally just going to be imprisoned or punished in some other way, and voluntarily descended for Lilith's sake is such a beautiful concept, and would really highlight the true extent to which he loved her;

He literally gave up on Heaven for her, I don't think you can have a purer form of love than that.

I have a playlist of 460+ songs and counting dating back from when I first set foot on YouTube without an account back in 2017, every time I listen to it I hit shuffle, making it a different combination. Today I did the same, and the first two songs were this, directly followed by the official More Than Anything video. Those back to back, that is a *STORY* right there, and a masterful one at that. The feeling that story has is not captured often.
