(13+) Semi-Super Metallix VS Axem Rangers X | Kirb-Crew

DISCLAIMER: This video is NOT suited for anyone below the age of 13! Contains flashing lights and violence throughout!

Of all the fight scenes in Super Mario Bros. Z that I keep seeing people make fan-made remakes of, Semi-Super Mecha Sonic VS the Axem Rangers X is probably the most common. I don’t blame them, though, it is great! And I thought, “I wonder what this fight would look like in my animation style…” And here we are; although, instead of Mecha Sonic for my remake of this fight scene, I instead decided to up the stakes and instead use Metallix from the SMBZ reboot, plus I just think he’s cooler (no pun intended XD).

In all seriousness, I hope you enjoy this take of mine on this fight scene, as it was really fun to make! Who knows? This might give Mark Haynes some ideas for whenever he officially remakes this fight scene ;)

And if you saw the release date of this video, it’s coincidentally the 17th anniversary of SMBZ Episode 6 (specifically its Newgrounds upload). I thought this would be a nice way to celebrate it, and I hope you all enjoy the video!

Definitely using it MUCH more often for future videos, especially for Episode 2 of Mario, Sonic and Kirby: Warriors of Chaos, coming hopefully this December!

I love how when Metallix kills Pink, the music stops. Like a serious reminder that underneath all the DBZ flavored testosterone, Metallix is less Dragon Ball villain and more slasher movie monster.

Small detail but the fact that Shadow teleported to Luigi to check on him, he's a real one for this. Love the animation overal super goated we might have to wait forever to get this animated but to see it like this is just an awesome preview to what smbz rebooted might look like later 🙏🏾🔥🔥

Little nitpick, Pink's death sounded...fleshy just to be nasty. Should've stuck to sounded metallic and screeching metal.

Altering version:luigi put on The mask (you know, The green mask that give its user overpowered abilites) and luigi wreck both axem ranger X and semi-super metallix and than finish them off with massive Hammer that he materiallize from his hat, and than take off The mask, than sonic and mario and their friends are mostly suprise about how overpowered The mask is and than give chaos emeralds back to mobius and Amy, tails, knuckles and rest are recover from injures
