Jura is shibai’s adolescence body. Wasn’t it said that once a being ascent pass not needing a body they leave it behind and their body is used to create a ten tail. Which could be why ten tails are brainless creatures because the original soul has already left the body making it mindless.3 of the 4 shinjuto used known peoples bodies to create their bodies and powers. Jura is the same but he used parts of shibais body that’s remain inside the ten tail to create himself, which is why he has a god complex and is leagues above the rest. So if he was to evolve it would be into shibai’s adult body
