I am watching several videos on this as well. I find that putting scotch tape or packing tape on the glass helps to not pop glass everywhere when taking it off. Thank you for the info too.

I wonder how much would the front screen and back screen be directly from Samsung?

Do you feel like if you were to have heated it more it would have been easier and/or shattered less?
I am preparing to replace me s8 back and I'm so terrified.
I have repaired many many screens on older s's and I found that helped then. But this is a much more expensive phone. I think I need a bat signal. Haahaa

Any advice on how to replace the front glass only? LCD screen is still good just the glass cracked.
