Been to Bali twice. I took antibiotics last time, just in case of Bali Belly. Didn't need them. I wouldn't take any meds that stop the bug trying to get out of ur system, but that's just me. I eat at restaurants that are clean and use Aqua to wash all their food. As for the cash side of things, cash is king in Bali. We always take cash. We never use a card. Also on the ATM side of things, always use an ATM that is in an air conditioned glass cube. Skimming has been known to happen. Will see u in next week's episode. Take care

Hi again! 😊 I loved Bali. Really loved it. We stayed a week in Ubud then a week in Semenyak. The people were so friendly and respectful. Klook is a bit of useful info - our airport transfer didn't show.Thanks again! 😊

It you get too hot just go up into the mountains. There are villages around 6, 000 ft. up where it's never hot, beautiful lakes and temples---try Lake Bratan--and a nice botanical garden. For scuba diving there's plenty along the north coast of the island, from Pemuteran in the NW to Tulamben and Ahmed in the NE, and Menjangan Island near Pemuteran is truly fabulous for both snorkeling and diving.

Great travel tips for Bali. We like Ubud because it's more chill. That's who we are. We use Allianz Travel Insurance which covers cancelled flights as well as a full range of medical services.
Harriet and I always have our own personal sanitizers . Harriet is still wearing a mask in certain indoor situations. Flights to Bali from the U.S. have gotten very expensive .
