Although I’ve been living in Hong Kong for 30 years, Himeji holds a special place in my heart as the place where I was born.
Seeing your photo reminded me of the time I stood in the exact same spot and took a picture this April.
By the way, the place where you took the photo of the Shinkansen is “Tegarayama.”

I been there once. Very beautiful...the only complaints is the castle lol It's all good and in its almost original form but it is so hard to climb as hell! I managed to get to the top of the castle and it made me realized they made it so the enemy's force would really struggle to reach the shogun at the top lol
