Corruption is a stupid word though because what we're really talking about when it comes to corruption is just immaturity. Little kids can be selfish and decietful to get their way but usually grow out of it with good parental guidance and then as an adult, their own common sense. Obviously the corrupt lack such parental guidance and common sense. They need a special adult education school so they can learn how to gain some maturity and common sense. Emotional intelligence, in other words.
