I'd call it "experimental electronic music" but there may a sub genre that it fits into? It has some elements of the "noise" and "drone" genres but I don't think it completely sits well in either of those. While it fits pretty well in "synth noodling" I don't think that's so much a "genre" that people recognize, just a recognizable activity? 😎👍(I consider a lot of my own output to be "synth noodling"! .😅)
