I read Brightstorm earlier in the month and really enjoyed it, and yes you'll have a nice snowy setting. I'm hoping to tick off all 11 prompts throughout the month, but read at core 5 during the readthon.

Sci-fi rec The Missing series by Margaret Peterson Haddix.

Cleopatra in Space by Mike Maihack is such a fun sci-fi graphic novel series.

Orion Lost sounds really interesting!! I haven’t read many middle grade sci-fi books so I might have to try that! Putting souls into machines?? I HAVE to read that!! Also I LOVE sibling relationship tropes in books!! Those are like the only books that can make me cry 😂😂

Hey Jade these books look awesome. Have to say I am a new fan of yours which came from discovering Gavin (who I adore). I am recovering from a major operation right now and am off work so it's giving me a chance to go through all of yours and Gavin's videos, binge watching till the early hours of the morning. I am so enjoying all the middle grade books you and Gavin promote as I love middle grade (although here we call it junior fiction) .... also wanted to ask are you from Sydney? When you said Sophie Green was a local to you author I know she is from Sydney. I live in the eastern suburbs of Sydney.. I feel like Orion Lost is just the middle grade version of a mix between Pitch dark and Illuminae.
