The Office Siren makeup trend popularized bayonetta glasses again. As someone who has to wear smaller frames because my prescription is high + I have astigmatism, it gave me more options recently for smaller frames when shopping. Also, it made me feel less self-conscious about wearing small frames in a world where big frames were more popular.

I love the look. It’s sexy, it’s FANTASY! It’s great to incorporate things like the make up and the hair styles but you need to remember decency. Not everyone consented to being shoved a FANTASY that borderlines porno plot in their face while they work. It also shows lack of self respect in many workplaces where fashion and style within modesty exhibits creativity that respects cultures. The Office Siren full look is disrespectful to many, whether you want to believe that or not. It’s kind of insulting. However, bits and pieces of it are helpful and so pretty to incorporate.

Omg yes I agree 👏 I lowkey get so annoyed sometimes with these influencers doing the “what I wear to work” when they clearly don’t work in a corporate setting cause HR would be so quick to call a meeting. I’m not saying people shouldn’t be able to wear short sleeves, but damn. Some people think they’re hanging out with their friends with their outfits

I have an issue with influencers asking for opinions... and when you give your opinion, no matter how lovingly and kindly expressed, fans and the influencer will tear you down.
Honesty and even constructive criticism isn't appreciated as much as people seemingly ask for it.

Now, the trend is exactly what it is: a trend.
Not everything has to be made into something sexy or spicy, sometimes less is definitely more, especially in the real world. Unfortunately, we live in a world that caters to superficiality and therefore "trends". We all fall into this trap every now and then, and from experience I can promise that it will become less and less important the more you find yourself and your inner voice.

As to the makeup look: It looks amazing on you!!! I simply love every aspect of it, just not for an office look.

I habe seen several videos of you with glasses, and I cannot wrap my head around it what it is about these, but (and this my personal opinion) I don't enjoy those huge frames on you. You have so beautiful features, the big frames direct the line of sight to the glasses and distract from your face (I beg for forgiveness, I cannot put it in better words).
