Well on a daily basis I take;

1.quaaludes 10-15 times a day for my "backpain".
2. Adderall to stay focused.
3. Xanex to take the edge off.
4. Pot to mellow me out.

About time Ben makes it onto the review series! His 4 step ATG mobility routine + shoulder routine legitimately saved my performance. Highly highly suggest you follow that protocol if you're stuck on your lifts

Creatine causes telegen effluvium (shock loss).Dht levels sore temporarily with creatine, and those who have hair follicles sensitive to dht may experience a temporary shed (me). After a few months of taking creatine daily, the hair will gradually regrow. You just gotta get through the dreaded shed for a few months.

I'm curios what Layne Norton's recommendations are when taking -->Ashwagandha. From my understanding you have to cycle it, like take it 3 weeks 1 week off etc. Also I'm surprised he didn't mention Tongkat ali, zinc, vit D, magnesium, fish oil etc. Then again this is only an 12:17min video.

I quit caffeine and and also do the keto diet. Between those two I've had the best sleep.

I can't agree with his top picks. The top of the list should be fish oil with DHA and EPA in high doses.

It makes sense that we need supplementation now. Our diets have vastly changed, the quality of our soil, how often we are outside moving…our biology has not caught up to what the modern human does (or rather, doesn’t do anymore)

Can believe this man talking so much positive on caffeine . Cortisol increase is anti inflammatory that is why he feel less pain...

This is IMPORTANT!
After millions of years our bodies have developed conditions in the last ~100 years that make supplementation essential...who knew?

Thanks all the same, but I will keep eating my protein in the form of meat and eggs. Chock full of vitamins. I will feed my brain with healthy animal fats. A small salad on occasion is just an adjunct now. The best thing I’ve done for my energy levels is reducing caffeine. All the best in your health journey. BTW there are no essential carbs or fibre for humans.
