গত পাঁচ বছর ধরে আমি ও আমার পরিবার ( 2 Adlt + 1 Chld ) Family Health Optima Policy-তে আছি । এই পাঁচ বছরে আমাদের কোনো Claim হয়নি । অর্থাৎ সম্পূর্ণ Waiting period আমরা পেরিয়ে এসেছি ।
এখন আমরা যদি 'Assure ' পলিসিতে আসতে চাই তাহলে আবার নতুন করে Waiting Period শুরু হবে ?? না কি আগের পলিসির Waiting Period-এর সুবিধা আমরা পাবো ??
