The Sally story reminds me of Sally Williams, a 8 year old girl who was murdered by her uncle.

(this is my theory): So I looked up the Sallie house and apparently sallies mother ran into a doctors surgery thing that was in a house holding Sallie because she had collapsed from something or another (I can't remember) and asked the doctor to help her. the doctor started to do his thing but halfway through Sallie just went limp and cold. my theory is that Sallie is the little girl (obviously) but she doesn't like men because she thought the doctor was torturing her. The old woman is sallies mother that (I think, this isn't official just my theory) killed the doctor because he didn't save her daughter then killed herself due to grief.

I am a paranormal expert, and I can tell for sure that that old lady she’s seeing is most likely living in that little door in her room and she is probably looking for the perfect time to kill the family and get her house back (I’m assuming she used to live there and she’s now an angry spirit).

I think you released an angry demon spirit of an old lady. The way to make her more passive try to talk to her, try to give her gifts, or try to find out what she wants. I’m not an expert but I know a bit about ghost. I have a ghost that I haven’t seen for a while.... it must have sadly left.
