in my opinion as a maker, PLA and PETG-HF and opposing filaments made for vastly different use-cases

Since the temp difference you won't be able to use it with other materials, also most prints that are already baked into the Bambu cloud are designed around PLA so you'll be painting yourself into a corner. I did the same thing lol and with ABS too. Now I have a bunch of unused filament.

PETG is great until you need it to remain rigid under slightly elevated temperatures, need to be able to sand it, or need to be able to glue it. Its not a PLA replacement for the vast majority of 3D printing enthusiasts.
