I have nw 2 when i was 23 yo, started balding in 18 yo. now im 36 i have nw 1, 5 with very thick overall hair. Lucky me i act quickly, for the past years i take dermaroller 1, 5 once a week and topical fin+minox. It works wonder ngl.
