same boat here bro. pretty much got the god given flabby gyno chest. Taken 3 years now to slowly form it into muscle & connect it to the shoulders. Mostly been upper peck workouts that made it take shape.

For me my only problem I hate about my body, not considering face, is how wide is my stomach, I may have lost alot of weight but the width never changed! Do you know something about it to like get rid a bit of the width, because it's kinda ruining my looks!
