2014 VW Tiguan 2.0 TDI DSG (177hp) - 0-140 km/h acceleration (1080p FULL HD)

Quick acceleration test with a facelifted Volkswagen Tiguan 2.0 TDI (177hp, 380Nm), 7-speed DSG transmission and 4Motion all-wheel drive. Finally Volkswagen replaced the "old" 170hp TDI with the 6-speed DSG by this revised 4-cylinder diesel with 7-speed that is directly carried over from the Audi Q3. One one side this new engine delivers more torque but also runs smoother and quieter than the previous one. The 7-speed S-Tronic also helps to save fuel an makes the car more sporty and agile. I think this is pretty quick especially if you consider that this kind of car can also pull a big horsetrailer;-) It comes as a "LIFE" edition and runs on 18 inch wheels. Der 177 PS Motor und der mit 184 PS sind technisch eigentlich identisch. Es handelt sich wohl in erster Linie um eine Marketing-Zahl, evtl. auch eine leicht überarbeitete Software.

Seit kurzem gibt es den 177 PS Motor und 380 Nm auch im Tiguan bzw. in genau diesem Tiguan. Der Vorgänger mit 170 PS und 350 Nm hat somit im Tiguan als auch im Passat ausgedient. Trotzdem danke für die Aufmerksamkeit, denn auch mir unterläuft gerne mal ein Tippfehler;-)

Main problem of this engine are noise and vibration.
I don't know how to solve this issue. When i drive car for a long time, I'm totally destroyed. With gasoline engine i have no same shit.

0:48 Diese Aufnahmen des Innenraums beim fahren finde ich sehr gut, anstatts einfach nur die Rundinstrumente aufzunehmen. Ergibt einen viel besseren Gesamteindruck des Autos, sowohl optisch als auch vom "Fahrgefühl" und vom Klang :)

Danke für die Richtigstellung, habe ich gar nicht gemerkt, dass die Motor&Getriebe geändert haben. Fragt sich nur warum nicht gleich die Leistung auf 184 PS angehoben wurde...
