Today we have decided to tone down the Rune mage a bit. He has been terrorizing LCK a bit too long.
On the otherside we have not seen assassins too much lately in the LCK so we are going in for some Akali buffs in this patch. We are also looking at buffing Qiyana and Irelia later on.

It's a passive auto + E2 he just cancelled it perfectly, that's why it looked weird. But still, an E2 shouldn't be doing more than half a champions HP that's just stupid.

Akali has protobelt, Zhonyas, shadow flame, sorc pen boots and blasting wand. Considering Teddy also had a shield from BT, the amount of magic pen Akali would’ve had + lack of mr aphelion had, it was going to one shot.

It just looks very weird because her second E animation is not visible because point-blank range... but its combined damage of passive basic attack + second E. Her second E probably did around 700 to 800 damage there and the remaining 300 to 400 was from her passive... makes sense mathematically, but looks very stupid.

Teddy has baron magic shred stacked along with full Shadow Flame due to his shield and sorcs boots. He probably has negative MR

If i remember correctly Apehlios has one of the lowest base MR stats in the game as well. And it was a 2 lvl lead. Still bonkers

Auto into E into Zhonya's
Seems normal to me since Akali practically has tons of Magic Pen and 3 items with a blasting wand.
Her E ap ratio is fucked but it goes on quite a high cooldown that you can use only once or twice in a normal teamfight.
