Statistics using R programming - Biserial and Point-biserial correlation using R

When we are doing correlation in statistics if one of the two variables is dichotomous (e.g. gender), this is called point-biserial correlation. When this dichotomous variable has somewhat continuous characteristic (like passing exam or not), it comes to biserial correlation.
