The emote uses the actual bush mesh that is coded to change depending on the biome. So they emote’s bushes will also change

Pretty sure this wasnt intentional because the normal bushes are coded to change color depending on the biome they spawn in
So they are probably using the same old bushes they always use

I didn't even know that emote was reactive! That's pretty cool! They should honestly do little things like that very often like if it's winter or Christmas make the bushes have Christmas colors and lights on them or when it's spring have flowers blooming
