Kelly Kinnison is Director of the Division of Family and Community Policy in the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Planning and Evaluation in HHS. Kelly holds a Ph.D. in community psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She is one of the highest placed community psychologists in the Federal Government.
