It breaks my heart to see Scotty so devastated.

Scotty got hosed in this scene.. the original only gave him the trainees a-ran line. He deserved more screen time.

Hate how all dialogue establishing Peter Preston as Scotty's nephew was cut from the theatrical release. This better shows why Scotty mourns over this single crewman as opposed to other engineering personnel who died or were seriously injured.

Good thing that Khan didn't get his hands on Admiral Kirk again almost 20 years after they first fought each other on the Enterprise because Khan wanted the ship for his own gain.
