As professional athletes coming into any professional sports, you don't get to determine where you will play for the first years of your career. You don't get to pick your coach, teammates, GM or fans like you do in college. Sometimes it works out for you and sometimes it doesn't. Here's an athlete it didn't workout for as of now. Here's 3 reasons why I think their growth was abruptly stunted. Who knows, maybe they'll return to form. I sure hope so. Thank you for watching. He had all the physical tools and the skill to do it. Dude was like a athletic tank on that floor the way he was running through guys.

I subscribed after seeing you gave props to a homie, Baby Shaq. He is possibly the best street baller of all-time, IMO. I was born and raised in DC. I know of or have been to all of those places shown in the video. Spingarn was next door to my high school. I’d like to see you do a video about another Spingarn graduate. A guy named Earl Jones went there. He was a big man, 6’11” or 7 footer, out of West Virginia. There were recruiting issues or academic concerns that kept him out of D-1 schools. He ended up at UDC where they won a national championship. If I’m not mistaken; he did eventually play for the LA Lakers. Check into it and see what you can find. Peace.

Another great video man, Baby Shaq had the total package and would've been a monster in the league but like you said he was content where he was at so much respect to him

I really liked this series. I remember when And1 was in DC and came to my neighborhood in S.E (Barry Farms) and played against the Goodman League Allstars. The court was so packed, you couldn't even see the outline for the court. People were climbing and sitting on the gates so they could watch. Any move that was made that had someone flich made the crowd go crazy. The crowd really went wild when the professor got the clamps put on him. I will always remember that game.

I think your right....if Baby Shack would have told shaq like “ yo what you think i need to do to get there? “ or like “ man heres my number im tryna work out with you during the off season” or just anything to be proactive. I think Shaq would’ve definitely fucked wit em on that. In my opinion Baby shaq had the most potential out of every one for sure

BABY SHAQ!!! First met this cat at Run & Shoot in Maryland... and i can honestly say it was a pleasure to play with and against this brother! No backing down, no fear to pull from anywhere on the court and would dunk on anyone at will!! I Salute you sir!!!

I PLAYED against him at the old RUN AND SHOOT IN MARYLAND back in the early 2000s and he was the most Humble dude u met but on the court the hardest dude to guard and I'm 6'5 and was about 220 at the time and we drew a crowd goin back and forth but it pissed me off BECAUSE he had IT and I WOULD have took that opportunity when he met SHAQ

For what it’s worth I played with Shaq at CSM. He wanted to be in the league like everyone else. Politics and life got in the way. He wasn’t content with just streetball that was opportunity that made the most sense at the time. He was absolutely talented enough to make it to the league it just didn’t pan out. Great video I just wanted to share some light! Peace ✌🏽
