Zero Hour | Patch 9.6.5

Patch 9.6.5 Titled "Bug Squash" Pt1! With this patch, we mostly focused on the PvP side of the game. The patch includes a new SYNC LOAD system, UI improvements, backend optimizations, and more. Major PvP bugs like Network desyncs, Utilities staying over round and not being able to spawn when joining ongoing matches to errors due to pings, all has been fixed. We have tried to drastically improve the PvP experience of Zero Hour with this update.
