I like how evil hackers are still wearing hoodies at their computers.

Memes are a part of all us. You expose someone to negative emotions long enough and they will begin to express them as well. Memes are the DNA of the soul.

AI is going to destroy people who can't think for themselves. AI = can generate memes, in massive numbers. Let's not forget about AI generated comments with a motive.

If there's sufficient staffing for monitoring of online communications and social media hosted on the US leased or interstate Infrastructure (maybe as a Regulatory condition, instead of altering Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act) it'd be more reasonable to monitor online forums correlated with criminal activities without necessarily decrypting or reading presumably Private Conversations, right? Isn't anything on the Internet that doesn't restrict Access via some form of Registration and Login or Payment presumed to be presented Publicly to the online world?

Here we go... their segue to criminalize memes the govt doesn't like or supports their narrative contrary to our constitutional free speech. If it breaks a website rule or a law, take action. Don't like it, ignore it. Don't like your kids looking at it, be a better parent & keep your kids safer on their electronic devices.
