The Corolla Cross is ready to be a sales success for Toyota in 2022. This small SUV slots in between the CH-R & RAV4. On the outside of the the top trim XLE you will find a unique silver trimmed grill, 18in wheels, and full LED lighting. On the inside you will be greeted by Soft-tex seats, 8in infotainment system, and 7in digital gauge. Under the hood is the reliable 2.0L inline-4 that produces 169HP & is mated to a CVT. The Cross has plenty of pep. Every one of these reviews exaggerates the lack of acceleration to a ridiculous extent. I just purchased an XLE and did quite well for myself driving home on one of the most aggressive highways in the nation. I barely depress the gas petal and it zips along great. No issue with inclines at all. This isn’t supposed to be a dragster. It is plenty fast.

I think this will be a smash hit for Toyota because vehicles are so expensive today, this fills so many needs. Complaining about the lack of horsepower for this vehicle would be like reviewing a Hummer and complaining about the gas mileage. I really like this new model here.

I owned a Toyota Corolla Hatchback XSE and I loved everything about it except for the lack of space in the backseat and trunk. I thought that the Rav4 would be out of my price range, and I wasn't a fan of the CHR, so the Cross is the perfect mix for me! Looking forward to the hybrid in 2023. Thanks for the review!

Currently I'm driving a 2019 Corolla hatchback SE and I really do love my car. I've never been one for SUV's until recently I've been driving my company's car that is a compact SUV. I really like sitting up a bit higher now and having that AWD capability. I think this car could for sure soon be the next car I'm driving for a long time! Great review!

My very first car was a 2005 Corolla S, and I loved it! Unfortunately, it was totaled in an accident. I was extremely excited about the Corolla Cross and was able to purchase one in November. I absolutely love, love, love it! The price is great, it has a nice design, and it is perfect for me since my job is about two miles from where I live.

I just this morning replaced my 2006 Prius with the Hybrid Corolla. After 15 years with the Prius, it got hit from the rear and totaled. So far I love this hybrid too. Toyota’s are great.
