I am dealing with confusion regarding my aspirations in this life. I’ve been shown a specific message but I’m not sure if it’s God or just me trying to lean toward what I want to achieve. I need to ensure that my aspirations align with Christ’s plan for my life. I want to be a hero for the kingdom of heaven. My aspirations, thought, and way of thinking have been clear to this point and it’s only now that I truly wonder whether it’s me giving into the things of this world or whether God put these dreams into my heart for a reason. I have an incredible fascination and appreciation for history, and sometimes this becomes clear through certain pieces of music, however my longing for God is beyond any of this and I am willing to lay it down at any moment. I simply want to make sure that I’m not giving up my dreams to irrational fear. It’s either giving up these dreams, or following these dreams, and I find myself stuck in a sense of concern. Please pray for me.
