I’m a migraine sufferer and I tried the hot hot water with feet! Didn’t work!! I’ve been taking Magnesium for a week and no migraines 😮 was getting them 3 times a week at least! Make sure magnesium is natural and no additives etc 😊

Hey! Happy Monday! Brins hair looks really nice! That would be cool if Kapri did facials! Looks like you guys had a great weekend. Saturday I went with a friend to Lester’s Diner for breakfast(so good)and then that night went to a Thai place for dinner. Sunday I just took it easy. I got Bolay for dinner. I was thinking about getting a cookie from Cookiehead but I said nope. I got a snickerdoodle cookie from Bolay. I wish that Bobayo place was open earlier. I can always go on my lunch break since I’m across the way. The blue drink Evie had looked good.

One thing I noticed about you is how you are a MOM first. When Kapri is playing fortnite or Sebi is playing VR and they are being loud in the background, you don't stop the camera and ask them to be "quiet" because you are filming. You let your kids just be kids. I cannot say the same about some moms who film. You are a good mom and person!

I live in Australia and my daughter suffers with migraines her doctor gave her a script for a med, it’s a wafer you put in your mouth and it dissolves. The migraine goes in about 15 minutes and they last for about 10 hours.
