[iOS Advice] How To Edit The Sender Name Of Your Email Account

Thanks Don, this has been driving me crazy for a long time. My son accidentally put his name instead of mine when he set up my iPad. Every time I send an email using my iCloud account it shows that it's from my son instead of me. You're the best!

For newer iOS, go to Settings -> Passwords & Accounts -> select either your gmail, yahoo, etc account -> click on where it says “Account” followed by your email address. From there you can change your name 👍🏻

Thanks for the video but I I have a shaw email account that I need to change the name on . I followed along on your video but there is no "name" option on my account. On that screen where you have name,  I have Email:,   Server:,  Username:,  Password:,  Description: and  Advanced: ( and in advanced, there is no "name"  selection, .) Ive tried so many forums and shaw forums are the worst. Any ideas? Thanks.
