Inflation has definitely increased what we spend on groceries for our family but I try to stock up when I find sales, make sure we eat all leftovers and utilize apps like Fetch Rewards. Yes, prices went up so bad. I live in area where is the closest Kroger is 1 hour away. I love my city of 200 people only :))) I have to take vitamin C as I checked my ferritin and it is 25, should be around 90, so thyroid could function properly. I dont like vit C :)), but it does help absorb my iron supplementation way better. Have you tried roasted dandelion tea, by the same company as your chamomile tea? It is very beneficial for liver, helps keep liver enzymes in balance and does very mild detox. Im watching every videos of yours, but rarely living a comment, but will change that. Becky, you such an amazing mom and Christian woman, I want your channel to grow and get to 100 K in the next 6 months. I know sharing and live a comment does help.

I did a kroger delivery with their blue truck, saw an ad for flash sale prior to checkout. Picked up a roast and whole chicken for $4/each. Few days later went in-store and their clearance section had chicken stock for 1.00 and barilla pasta for .49/each. Noticed their clearance has been rare since the holidays, but every little find does help. Chicken breast were so expensive, so found it cheaper at a food depot. It came out to 1.29/lb, so stocked up. Amazon fresh was cheaper for pantry staples and pet food. Has anyone noticed that baby wipes are hard to find? At least in my area. Thanks for sharing your haul, who knows when prices will go up again.
