Twin Otter was landing at St Barts, one of the hardest approaches in the world. You have to be certified to fly in and out of there. That was a completely routine approach and touchdown.

The Twin Otter is really in its element on runways like at St. Barth.
So preventable---that wingtip colliding into the elevator of the parked plane. Unfortunate for all involved.
