Whoa...don't disrespect Dwade by saying he teamed up with LBJ to get his rings. He was a champion long before LBJ came to MIA. 2nd, Melo put himself in this situation. Those Denver teams were talented but he decided he wanted to leave. Then, because he wanted to re-sign for a bigger contract rather than sign as a free agent he forced a trade to NY that gutted their roster.

Has there ever really been pressure on Carmelo? I've always just viewed him an elite scorer that could get you 25+ points a game but lacked real qualities of what made Kobe, Wade, LeBron great and that was leadership and making those big plays down the stretch.

His legacy is being a great scorer and one of the best Nuggets of all time. His number will hang in Denver's rafters for sure. If he gets a chip even better but people still talk highly of Stockton, Malone, Miller, Barkley w/o a ring. He is a surefire HoFer.
