Very bad experience!!

The exact headset just arrived and I was quite excited to use them. After the unboxing I've noticed that the boom mic is missing from the package. I've contacted customer support and now I have to go to the post office, send them back in order to receive a different pair.
OK, I can live with that, but the MAIN PROBLEM is that the headset sounds really quiet and they are by no means immersive. I'm just hoping that I received a faulty pair and the next one will be better.

I would like to ask a question
I would like to buy a headphone that I could use for both pc and ps4.When I plug a random headphone into my ps4 controller I can't get a decent sound(volume's down and no way to increase it).If I buy this headphone could I get a decent sound from my ps4 ? and Do I need an amplifier like Platronics Rig Scee contains?

Yes, I´m 2 yeras late. But I wouls rater a rubber cable because this type of cable curls very easly, without doing nothing. Suddenly my left side stopped workig because of the broke cable, this appened because of the very curls in the cable. And that´s the unique problem with this headphones.

Is it able to listen to gaming Sound and also speak when iam playing on my ps4 cause there are two cabel and i only can put on inside my Controller is there something that both cable get in on with i can put in my c´ps4 Controller thank you :)

Geez, that mic kinda put me off, its pretty hard to hear! Anyone have any other suggestions for a gaming headset w/mic (under $130 au and preferably 7.1 surround sound). I'm using the HyperX Cloud 2 right now and I'm not really liking it.
