NEW DJI Mini 3 Pro Leaks! Explorer Edition?

Today there have been some new photos leaked of the DJI Mini 3 Pro that is rumored to be released sometime in April. These new leaks provide a lot of new information about the features such as obstacle avoidance on the front, rear, and bottom as well as some camera information. There most likely will be several different packages released including what is referred to as the Explorer Edition? and one that has a controller with a built-in screen. This looks good if they keep the weight down. Personally I hope they release a smaller controller for phones as well. A mini drone is great for travel/hiking so frequently I'll take size/weight over functionality.

Nicely said everything. I think the back sensors have limited fov to the back but i think they can see side too and maybe top too. That should be awesome.

It looks like the front-end design will not be good in wind. Hope they have done a lot of wind tunnel testing with this.

I realize that there has to be a trade up feature and price structure, however I would have liked to see all around obstacle avoidance. I think that should be an all model feature like all cars have power windows now.

do you think the other side of the camera mount could be a camera mount to they look the same on both sides

Looks like a rework of the Pocket 2 camera. Same sensor I bet (since it's the same size 1/1.7 stamped on the camera face, to the left of the lens), but a different aperture?

Hello, I was planning to buy Air 2S. But heard about news on DJI MINI 3 PRO drone.
Should I wait for it or pull the trigger for this Air 2s based on image/video quality and other features?

Excellent..I feel the wind resistance will improve along with a camera that can tip upwards like the parrot anofi drone..I figured the battery would be different because hubsan has a 40 minute drone and the mini2 is basically using a upgrade mavic mini battery..if the camera can match the autel nano and still be competitive price wise..this could be the biggest selling drone ever ..time will tell I guess ….thanks for sharing
