Funny how people are so disgusted by real dismemberment and psychopaths but they love dressing their children in a way that promotes those ideas as “good fun”. And people wonder why the world is so violent and sick. People wonder why so many kids have no second thoughts about shooting up their classmates. It’s because adults think violence and gore make for good entertainment and children in their formative years are exposed to things adults shouldn’t even have to see. I’m surprised I haven’t seen videos of costumes with a chopped up fetus in a womb yet or a decapitated baby hanging out of a vagina. Or maybe a little kid dressed like Hitler with a bunch of dolls that look like Jews on fire. Or a KKK sheet on a kid with some black Barbies in nooses. Does that thought trigger you? Does it disturb you? Are you enraged at even the thought of it? Good. The rest of these “costumes” that promote violence and gore and hatred should fill you with JUST as much disgust. And if you think there’s a difference, try explaining the difference to all the people throughout the centuries that have suffered and died at the hands of violence-loving people. There’s no difference.
