Rey Skywalker actress Daisy Ridley has voiced her excitement regarding her return to Star Wars in the upcoming New Jedi Order movie. At Star Wars Celebration 2023, Ridley made a surprise appearance during Lucasfilm's panel revealing their upcoming films in the works where the New Jedi Order project was first announced. Now, the Star Wars star has revealed her excitement and surprise by the film's surprising plot.

During an interview with Collider promoting her new movie The Marsh King's Daughter, Daisy Ridley spoke about the upcoming Star Wars movie set after the events of the sequel trilogy. Coming from director Sharmeen Obaid-Chinoy, it's expected that the movie will follow Rey's efforts to create a New Jedi Order, picking up where Luke Skywalker's Jedi academy tragically failed.

Hey all you hardcore SW fans out there, you guys should make a fan-made Star Wars stylized 2D animated series that acts like a long lost 90's title that's not just a simple forever rememberable must watch experience for all the right reasons why nor an unforgettably action-packed phenomenal masterpiece we all didn't know we wanted it, but it's also easily hands down one of the, if not, THE good funbelievably stellar title we didn't we deep wanted it all along in our diehard fanboy lives all these decades later, period! It's call: Star Wars Mary Elizabeth And The Great Rebelvolution Uprising and the quality of it needs to be such an downright unrivaled jaw-dropping spectacle to behold in the best way imaginable, especially by today's modern day animation standards, than your typically average low-budgeted fan-made projects these days, it'll genuinely make you believe you're actually watching an long lost official Star Wars stylized 2D animated series, period! Also, later on in this series, Mary Elizabeth (the Ahsoka of this show) finally decides to start a lesbian relationship with her longtime always adventure hungry at the ready best friend in the whole galaxy, Secura, and they both not only party out hard like it's 1999 at THE spectacularly fun lesbian girls/drop dead Maxim Magazine cover girl supermodel sexy lesbian girls-only 24/7 rave party/private nude beach resort ever in existence, but then later on work there too as both rave party lesbian cage dancers and private nude beach resort lesbian models as well. you guys should watch this show either on both 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment/CBS FOX Video videocassette and Laserdisc complete with THX Surround Sound to make it feel like you're seriously right back in that bygone era itself again, no questions asked!

The above trailer may be fan made. However, it has been confirmed that a new set of future STAR WARS films are coming in the near future, including one featuring Daisy Ridley as her character, Rey, in 2026 which is in development right now. Whether the film featuring Daisy Ridley has any details from the above trailer remains to be seen.... But, the film is supposed to be set 15 years after the events of Episode IX: THE RISE OF SKYWALKER.
