Both have starting stages of dementia. I work with demented patients, and both men have signs already with Biden getting close to stage 2 while Trump showing early 1st stage. Early stage 2 there is obvious confusion, Stage 1 there is inability to listen to others or take advice, what we call "old guy" stubbornness. Many old religious leaders have it also and abuse members with their stubbornness.

Joe really needs mental health evaluation, if he is deciding to run again, the citizens should demand a thorough mental health evaluation, and they should hire unbiased professional to perform this.
