Homework :- Replace gave with " give " ✅✅

Reason :- According to the rule of Grammar , we always use the base form of the verb ( V1 form ) with " do ", " does " and " did ", i.e., do / does / did + V1 .

Hence, the correct statement will be :-

The nurse did give her an update each day and it was always the same ✅✅💯👍

ASSIGNMENT:-

2) THE NURSE DID GAVE HER

SOL. THE ABOVE SENTENCE IS IN PAST TENSE

THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND THE MOST COMMON RULE OF ENGLISH

"DO", "DOES" AND "DID" ARE ALWAYS FOLLOWED BY THE BASE FORM OF VERB OR V1

SO THE CORRECT SENTENCE SHOULD BE

"THE NURSE DID GIVE HER AN UPDATE EACH DAY AND IT WAS ALWAYS THE SAME".
