Blinking Dash lights easy fix

are the dash lights in your 80 series blinking on and off as you drive?watch this video and check this one thing for a simple quick fix.
no need for a new dash or a costly auto Electrician.

2012 escape battery light on after service on water pump. Started 6x+ before dash lights started blinking and no more battery light. Computer reset or alternator connection? Great video.

Is that plug responsible for sending the signal to the dash lights? Having the same problem with mine but a clean didn't help. Cheers

Really good video thanks for that. I have a 75 series Troopy with a 1HD-FT conversion. Drove to Townsville from Melbourne and back and was going like a bullet all the way until about 4, 500kms into trip and all the flashing lights like yours started. Consensus is it could be the alternator plug. It looks very hard pressed up against airbox intake pipe - obviously a very tight fit. Airbox is still 75 series so might need to be changed to a custom set up to also allow room. Seeing mechanic next couple days. its a new alternator previous mechanics just put in - 150 amp and it powers two Invicta Hybrid Lithiums wire in parallel

My Sorento only does this when the turn signal is on. That leads me to believe there's something occurring at the turn signal switch/stalk. I've been looking for a solution.

Thanks mate having the same problem on my 80, also about your blow by you might wanna get your engine looked at I know 3 blokes who have blown there 80 motor including myself bang on 30 years and the joint I got it rebuilt at had 4 80s with the same issue. Might be time for a recondition (:
