Today we will work on strength for your glutes by crushing 3 rounds of 12 glute exercises! This workout is truly a workout where you can push yourself as these are our foundation glute exercises where we can all push ourselves! I also incorporated the jump rope into this workout with 3 separate one minute cardio sessions. I used my 15, 20, 25, 30 pound dumbbells today so grab some weights that are in your medium to heavy range and let's do this!

In this workout you are training with me, Sydney Cummings, owner of Royal Change and NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I am a fitness trainer is Charlotte, North Carolina and was a Division 1 athlete at West Virginia University where I was a national qualifying high jumper. Let's strengthen those glutes with the following exercises (spoiler ahead):

3 rounds of each:
A. Lateral leg lift
Lunge with kickback
B. Alternating single leg deadlift/staggered deadlift
Sumo deadlift
C. Lateral lunge
Glute bridge
2 rounds of each:
D. Single arm kettlebell/dumbbell swing (left)
Single arm kb/db swing (right)

Burnout round, 1 round each:
1. Lateral squat walk
2. Single leg glute bridge with leg lift right
3.Side plank with leg lift right
4. Single leg glute bridge with leg lift left
5. Side plank with leg lift left
6. Single leg marches
7. Plank rotation with leg lift

Good morning, everyone! I crushed the glute workout today even though I didn’t sleep well last night because of my allergies and “the time of the month.” My favorite workout move was the glute bridge set. I had to modify the move but I did the best that I could do. I hope everyone has a good weekend and I’ll see you tomorrow for our weekly stretch.
