Helloo! I've been rowing for almost a year, and its really nice seeing these videos. I'm curious how do you guys bare the PAINFUL of erg, erg has been VERY PAINFUL for me. Also, how did u train and stuff and got to cambridge rowing. I'm trying to get to US universities with extracircular of rowing, i'm 14 years old(girl) best erg test 2k is 8:10. I stopped rowing for a while and now I'm at 8:20. I'm training by myself only erg not on water, doing workouts like running 4-5km, rowing 5-6km, some splits (2minx6, 4minx4...)
