Update! It’s March 3rd and I’m down 10lbs already!

I just found your podcast this morning and I have never listened to or watched anyone who I related to so much!
I’m starting at 280lbs and I’ve lost and gained back the same 40lbs every new year for the last 5 years.
I’m so excited to finally get past that number, keep going and keep it off!
I signed up for your free course and I’ve already been implementing your advise and I’m so grateful!
I lost almost 100lbs after baby #2 and got down to 130lbs in 2013 but I never delt with my mental & emotional health. I did my best to keep the past trauma stuffed into a box in the darkest corner I could find so I ended up gaining all the weight back and more with pregnancy #3. Now our youngest is 6 and yes I want to be healthy for my family but for the first time in my life my first priority for losing the weight is because I know that I deserve to live the life that I want.
I am reason enough.
So here I am with my boxing gloves on and I’m ready to fight for my goal life!

Yeah this is me. When I go out with family and friends I just eat what I want and I stop when I feel satisfied. I just want my goal life to have a balanced between food and movement. Right now do not have any movement in my life. I don’t want to loose any more weight I want to maintain and be stronger than I am now. I just need more confidence about movement in my life.❤❤
