I met chef John in 2006 at Alinea and he was one of the few sous chefs that was actually nice to the stages. Great guy. I’m glad to see he has achieved all the success he deserves.

I absolutely loved the pace and flow of this new style. Well done! I really enjoyed the balance of storytelling and cinematography. It wasn't too rushed, nor did I feel like anything was unnecessary. What a joy. I have ALWAYS loved the finest foods and I have a fantastic palate (so Im told) and now Im on disability so this is KILLING me. Cant afford this anymore. Anyhow if youre in the burbs, which is more affordable check out Sankyu in Mt. Prospect for Japanese - Sushi Tsuki in Schaumburg for of course sushi - Ni Hao in Elmhurst for Chinese - Mangia Napoli in Elmhurst for Italian - U Gazdy in Wood Dale for Polish and lastly Elio Pizza on Fire in Addison for a more traditional Italian. I could go on but if and when you want to go to the Chicago burbs for EXCELLENT food please try ANY of these! :)
